Established in 1985, Impact is a multi-franchise materials handling dealership organisation with a national, regional and local structure.
ISO:9002 accredited, its experitse lies in its ability to supply sales and support services for produicts ranging from a one tonne pallet truck to an automated dockside container crane.
The company was acquired by the multi-national Imperial Holdings in 2000 and transferred to the newly-established Eqstra Holdings in 2008
It was also in 2008 that Impact acquired Apollo Plant and was appointed dealer for Nissan Forklift and Bobcat
Today, the company operates from nine locations in the UK, with 300 employees, half of whom are service engineers. With a £40 million turnover, Impact has more than 5,000 rental units in operation and maintains a further 2,000 units that are owned by its customers.
